I was going to link together two xbox 360s for my party, but i want to stay connected to xbox live through my main xbox 360, is it possible?

I have an Xbox 360 and treated myself to a classic original Xbox game (Spiderman 2). Typically, my Xbox Live subscription has just run out and I’m being told I need a media update to play the game. Is there any way of obtaining this update without having to spend £30 again?

I have a wireless network in my home. What hardware do I need on the Xbox side to connect it to my home network?

So I took my xbox to a party, came home and plugged it back in today to play on XboxLive with my friends. My live worked when I left the other day, but when i set it all back up, the Light on my Wireless Network Adapter is red. So i went to test the network and it can’t connect. But on the wireless configuration it says it’s connected. I tried reentering my network key, that didn’t work.
